1) Does mortgage broker have to get my signature when they lock the rate ?
2)Do I get any paper or document as a proof that the mortgage/broker or lender has locked a rate for me what he has promised ?

My lenders actually have it online so you should get rate anytime.

I only require a verbal to lock. I then send a lock in letter along with a new GFE TIL.
