When asked what my mortgage payment is, should it include escrow or just principal and interest?

I am planning on refinancing my car loan but I think my current mortgage payment will affect the banks decision. So my question is, when they ask what my mortgage is, should I include escrow or just principal and interest?

Mortgage APRs Hit 3.62% Only 85,000…have refinanced. Worried about Credit? don't everyone qualifies

Total taxes on our house and home insurance for the year dropped from $ 109.60 *, so why is our ever-increasing amount of security deposit $ 43.66 per month (total for the year is from $ 530.93)? (* Decrease due to change insurance companies – we have more coverage for less!) Our mortgage company is not giving us a reason for the increase?
