What Mortgage Company is The Most Professional?
I have been finishing making a short sale in my home for approximately 2 months. I want to buy another home due to the distributions in the market. How long I need to hope and are mortgage companies that are arranged to work with the individuals in my situation? My account of credit fell to 550. I have $15,000 to put in the ground and i ‘ m that watches the characteristic in range $100.000-$150.000. Any advice would be great.

Unfortunately, it probably isn’t going to happen. If you can find a loan not based on credit score, you are still going to have to obtain PMI, which is based on credit score. It is my understanding that you need a good credit score to even qualify for PMI.
